We strive to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s what you can expect with our shipping and delivery process:

Orders typically ship within 72 hours***. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to keep track of your delivery from start to finish.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. For Express Shipping, expect delivery within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. With Standard Shipping, your order will arrive within 2 to 8 business days after dispatch. Plus, enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over £50!
Below is a guide for delivery timeframes based on your location:

We primarily use Royal Mail and Yodel for deliveries within the UK.
Note: All shipping times are calculated based on the dispatch date. If your item is on pre-order (as noted on the product page), dispatch will occur on the advertised date, with delivery within the timeframes listed above.

Returns Policy at The Chill Charm Company 🌿
✔︎ We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order!
Not all items are eligible for return. If any product is excluded from our returns policy, this will be clearly noted on the product page or during checkout.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Item(s) cannot be marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable," unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be returned in original packaging, in ‘as new’ condition, with tags and specialty packaging intact.
- You’ll need to provide a photo of the item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
Please Note: If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount is no longer valid. The remaining items will revert to their current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
Example:
- Purchased Chill Charm Bundle for £120
- Returned one item, current sale price of the remaining item = £75
- Your refund = £120 - £75 = £45
